How exactly is our product produced?
We would not want our product to be 'copied' but briefly our product is produced in both non European and European countries that use our specified centrifuge system. Incidentally, not all centrifuge machines work the same way.
Our machines are what are known in the industry as Super Centrifuges. The coconut meat is first shredded then crushed or pressed without heat to expel the coconut oil and water mixture, which within seconds is directed to the Super Centrifuge where the coconut oil separates continuously and siphoned off into a receiving drum. This is the very top oil, the premium or crème de la crème.
In the Super Centrifuge that we use for the separation of coconut oil, the coconut oil would not get heated to temperatures that cause degradation of enzymes in the oil, at the normal operating flow rates. Generally, there is a very nominal rise in temperature of around 30C or less between the oil feed and clarified separated oil outlet temperatures, at normal operating flow rates of each Super Centrifuge model.
This means that the nutrient content of the Super Centrifuged coconut oil are almost as fresh and natural as at the moment at which they were extracted from the coconut itself.
