Basis of Sale
By placing an order via our website it is therefore notification that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check these before making a purchase. All orders will be subject to the conditions set out below.
Prices
Please include the postage stated when adding the total of your order
Delivery
All orders of 4 x 907 upwards and 8 x 230 jars upwards are delivered via courier. Individual jars are sent via parcel post 3-5 working day delivery via Royal Mail. If you wish to select next day signed for service please add a further £4.10 to your order balance.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of payment. However at busy times of the year please allow up to 5 working days.
Payment
Payment for your purchases may be made online via PayPal or by post with cheque or postal order.
To pay by cheque make your selection online and then select "cheque" payment in the shopping cart. Please make cheques payable to "Essence of Eden” writing your order number, card number, expiry date and issue number (switch only) on the back of the cheque, along with your home address and send to:- Essence of Eden, Royal Norton House, Brightwell Baldwin, Oxon OX49 5NX. We are unable to post out orders until cheques have cleared.
Privacy
Your details are totally private with Essence of Eden, we never sell, rent or share your information with any third party.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that our product should reach you damaged in some way, please let us know immediately, return well packaged and a full refund for the purchase will be issued, unless you prefer a replacement jar. Please state date and from where purchased/ID transaction number etc.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us, so always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage. If you feel our product or services have not met with your expectations, please communicate your comments or suggestions by using the following methods; e-mail, telephone or post.
Product description
The oil will change in consistency due to varying temperatures. Sometimes it will be solid white, or clear liquid or half way in between. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product. Being an organic product means that we are unable to stabilise the flavour by adding enhancers. Therefore there will be seasonal slight variations in flavour and texture. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product.
Business Hours and Holidays
Our business hours are 9am - 5pm UK time, Monday-Friday, excluding all English Bank Holidays. There will be periods, due to holidays, when there will not be anyone available to process your order immediately, but orders can be placed to be processed once the office is open.

Cancellation
We may cancel an order for any reason, for any item, at any time before delivery. You will be notified of this action via email, telephone should the need arise.
